Psychological Benefits of Physical Exercise


Last week, we talk about exercise and the physiological benefits. This week we are going to focus on the psychological benefits as it relates to the Spirit of the comeback in your life and your business. While psychologists don’t always agree on everything….they do agree on this: “Exercise: It is the most potent and underutilized anti-depressant in life……..and it is free!!!   When you exercise, your body releases chemicals such as dopamine and endorphins in your brain which make you feel happy. Not only is your body dumping out “feel good” chemicals, but exercise helps you get rid of the chemicals that make you feel stressed and anxious! That is a good deal from getting a little exercise in your life to prepare you and your team ….to have a spirit of the comeback.
