Physiological Benefits of Physical Exercise

All of us have been lectured to by a P.E. teacher or health teacher in school, our doctor or health professional, a health club trainer, or a coach, about the benefits of getting exercise. The truth is when you consistently exercise, you will feel good….and when you feel good, you look good and have more energy! 

Physical exercise helps you also sleep better and strengthens your body’s immune systems. Exercise does not have to be complicated…it can be simply getting out for a walk, bike ride, a run, a swim,. It could be joining and aerobics class or going out dancing. Some of you have already discovered benefits of consistent exercise. Your body was designed to stay physically active.
