No one out there willfully or intentionally plans to fail. You may have heard the quote, “Failure to plan is a plan to fail!” Statistics show there are many things that we like to spend time planning: 1) our next vacation 2) our trip to the grocery store or to Home Depot, 3) the dinner and movie date with our spouse. 4) the celebration/party that you are hosting with family and friends.
Planning for your professional or business success is not very exciting but it’s necessary! Do not allow yourself or any member of your team to get into the mode of “Oh…Well let’s see what happens, with the economy, with the weather, or our situation….for tomorrow next week, next month, or even next year. Be about continuous planning and adjusting to those plans in spite of your circumstances. The spirit of the comeback just doesn’t happen by accident you have got to plan for it.
